In 1974
graduated with honours
from British Columbia Institute
of Technology in Financial
Management ( Finance Option).
Subsequent to graduation
from BCIT, I
completed an advanced training program
as an Auditor
with the Federal Government Department of National Revenue.
I subsequently worked for seven years as an
investigative Audit Accountant for
British Columbia Ministry of Finance. I
completed over 300 special purpose audits of
corporations, businesses and professions, under
the Federal Income Tax Act and seven Provincial tax statutes.
I carried out audits of the
largest corporations in BC and
Canada at the time.
In 1980 I graduated as a Certified General
Accountant in BC. I was an active
member for
18 years, retiring in 1998. For 15
years I founded, managed and
financed the development of several
advanced computer systems
technologies for various public
companies. This work included
extensive experience with financial
disclosure, financial statement
audit, and regulatory filings and
reporting disclosure work with
Canadian regulatory authorities, as
well as the United States Securities
and Exchange Commission (SEC).

For 9 years
I have worked as a private
forensic audit investigator and litigation consultant. I use my tax audit and
investigations experience to client
advantage in business and private
litigation cases.
I have testified as an expert
witness on accounting, tax and audit.
Currently, I am expanding my forensic accounting, litigation
consulting, tax representation and audit investigation
practice.
